Day #31 6/7/20 One month Anniversary Brandon Tucker “Miracle Man”

Brandon has been busy this week with the following therapies:

Physical

Occupational

Music

Speech

He kept complaining of throbbing pain in his right hip and swelling. He couldn’t sleep for two nights and got light headed. His blood pressure was low. The staff did some blood work and found that his blood count was dangerously low. They decided to drain his hip yesterday. They drained 3 liters of fluid and found that he needed a blood transfusion!  He got two units of blood last night and may need some more tomorrow. (2 more today 6/7/20) 

The doctor also said that his right kidney was not working.

All this news was disheartening:(

This  morning I spoke to the nurse. I found out that she was a strong Christian and knew some Christian friends of ours. (The Rucker’s). She also homeschooled her children!! 

She spent a good amount of time with Brandon, and she said that she just loved him. He was so thankful and respectful!! She said that having special patients like Brandon helped to encourage her in her career of nursing!! She was so excited to be a part of the miracle of Brandon!!

God always puts a ray of hope before us to cheer us onward to completing His plan for us!
